Cod with grapefruit
Instructions
Wash and dry the fillets, then toss them in the flour.
Put a frying pan on the heat with 40 g of butter and when FRY get brown the fillets.
When they are cooked, sprinkle the pretzels, accomodateli in a serving dish and keep warm.
Put in a saucepan the remaining butter, heat it on the stove, then add the cream and simmer 5 minutes.
Add the Marjoram leaves, add salt, pepper and mix the grapefruit juice.
Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.

- 8 cod fillets
- 80 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of cream
- Some leaves of marjoram
- Flour
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Salt
- Pepper
