Instructions

Marinate the cod thawed in 4 tablespoons oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Finely chop all the herbs with the garlic.

After 20 minutes, drain the fillets, place them in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with butter flakes.

Add brandy and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Pour over the fish just hot oil and the chopped herbs.
