Cod allegro
Instructions
Put thawed fillets to soak with a glass of wine and lemon juice.
After 1/2 hour sprinkle with chopped Basil.
After another 1/2 hour put the fillets in a pan with their sauce and another glass of wine.
Add salt and simmer for 20 minutes lively, gently turning once.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of cod fillets
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 1 lemon
- Very of basil
- Salt
