Cod and artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut into wedges and put them in water and lemon.
In a saucepan put the artichokes, chopped garlic, mint and parsley.
Add salt and pepper.
Add a glass of olive oil extra virgin and 2 glasses of cold water all over.
Turn on the heat and cook covered for 15 minutes.
Add the cod in large chunks and cover for 15 minutes.
Past the time when the cooking is still too much liquid finish the cooking very much alive.
Serve immediately.

- 600 g of cod
- 4 artichokes
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Mint
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- Water
- Salt
