Fresh steamed cod
Instructions
In a saucepan bring to boil 200 cl of water and place the perforated grid for steaming after having placed the cleansing and salted CODs well inside.
Cover everything with the special frying pan upside-down suction cup grip.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of dietary oil, Tufts of parsley and pepper.

- 4 300 g fresh cod each
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Dietary olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
