Mikado
Instructions
Cut the melon in half and with the special tool derived from the pulp so many balls, that you soak in Muscat in a covered container.
Stir the yoghurt the flesh that remains of melon, then shake it and gradually add the milk, then the wine moscato of maceration.
Pour the smoothie into glasses to be ice-cold, add the melon balls and decorated with mint leaves.

- 1 small melon
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 yoghurt
- 10 cl of muscat
- Some leaves of mint
