Instructions
Work very well to 350 g butter foam with 250 g sugar, add 1 tsp of honey, 1 egg and 1 yolk, zest of one lemon zest; Afterwards add 500 g of flour.
Allow dough to rest overnight in the refrigerator in a plastic bag; pull the dough to desired height, make molds, lay them on a plate lined with parchment paper, brush the biscuits with a yolk and a pinch of salt, beaten together.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
