Classic puff pastry stuffed with nutella
Instructions
Roll out the pastry and cut into four squares of about 20 centimeters.
Place them on the baking covered with special paper and cook in a hot oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the cream: put the egg yolks in a saucepan with sugar; mount them with a whip.
Stir the flour, lemon zest and pour flush the hot milk.
Mix and cook for a few minutes until the custard has thickened.
Spread two squares of puff pastry with cream and another with Nutella.
Optionally overlap them, making sure that you have the center that with Nutella.
Then put the last square of puff pastry, powdered with icing sugar, and keep the candy in the refrigerator.
Take it out about 30 minutes before serving.

- 500 g of puff pastry
- Icing sugar
- Nutella
- 3 egg yolks
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 75 g of flour
- == 1 lemon (zest)
