Smoked soup
Instructions
Mince the parsley.
Cut the leeks into strips.
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Put celery and Leek in a pot with 100 cl of water and boil for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and add the potatoes and a bit of parsley.
Bring to a boil and pour in the rice.
Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Combine the sliced salmon, wine, and adjust salt.
Bring the rice cooking, season with more chopped parsley and serve.

- 200 g of scraps of smoked salmon
- 100 g of leek
- 50 g of celery
- 200 g of potato
- 10 cl of white wine
- 100 g of rice
