Instructions
Put the broth in the Pan, then add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Heat the garlic in oil, add the Sage, Basil and sliced bread.
as soon as you join the Golden tomatoes with broth, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
This soup is good hot, tepid or cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of ripe tomatoes
- 200 g of bread stale
- 70 == G olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Some leaves of sage
- Some leaves of basil
- 100 cl of meat broth
- Salt
- Pepper
