The celeriac soup
Instructions
Peel the celeriac, cut into small pieces and blended with 1/2 l of broth to get a cream.
Pour into a pan, add the remaining broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
Join the pastina and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the butter and 2 handfuls of grain, adjust salt, season with pepper, stir and serve.

- 200 g of celeriac
- 100 cl of broth
- 150 g of type pasta soup pastina
- 50 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
