The zucchini soup
Instructions
FRY with chopped onion, garlic and oil, diced zucchini, combine the potatoes, add the broth and cook covered for 35 minutes.
Crush the potatoes and put them back in the broth along with the pastina.
Bring cooking, combine 1 knob of butter and parsley and chopped Basil.

- 160 g of pastina
- Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- 2 zucchini
- 2 small potatoes
- 125 cl of broth
- 1 walnut butter
- 2 tablespoons of minced basil and parsley
- Salt
