Instructions
Dice the vegetables and add them in butter and oil.
Add the chicken breast cut into cubes and the broth and bake covered for 1 hour over low heat.
Add the rice and peas and add salt.
Bring to boiling and serve.

- 200 g of rice
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 rapa
- 1 courgette
- 200 cl of vegetable broth
- 100 g of frozen peas
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
