Instructions

Brown in an earthenware casserole in the oil, garlic and chopped onion.

Peel the tomatoes, chopped and merge them to the sauce.

Add salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes, adding the wine.

Arrange in layers the anchovies, soak with the remaining wine, season with salt and pepper, stir, then add the parsley and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve in individual bowls with toast.
