Soup with endive
Instructions
Wash the Endive and cut it into pieces.
Chop the bacon.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil and fry the bacon, add the Endive and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the broth, then salt, pepper and bring to a boil.
Throwing rice in broth.
When cooked to serve the soup sprinkled with Parmesan.

- 600 g of belgian salad (endive)
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 40 g of bacon
- 200 g of rice
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
