Meat soup with peanuts
Instructions
Mix the finely minced meat with egg yolk and cheese, add some bread crumbs soaked with water and squeezed, chopped cooked ham, add salt and pepper.
With the compound formed of small balls like nuts, tuffatele in boiling broth and continue cooking at moderate flame for a quarter of an hour.
To make these peanuts you can use leftover boiled or roast meat.

- 150 g of chopped veal
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 slice of ham
- 50 g of grated cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- 150 cl of broth
