Chickpea and spinach soup
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and let wither the onion, carrot and chopped celery.
Add chopped spinach, add salt and seasoning.
Add the chickpeas and the hot broth.
Cook for half an hour.
Put the dough and just ready to add a little oil and a pinch of pepper.
Serve.

- 250 g of spinach
- 150 g of boiled chickpeas
- 100 g of any type pasta
- Celery
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 150 cl of broth
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
