Fry the sliced onions, simmered, with 50 g of butter.
Just Blondes, sprinkle with flour, mix, then wet them with hot water 100 cl.
Add salt, pepper, flavour with the clove and Cook 10 minutes over low heat with the lid.
Then throw the rice, and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
