Bean soup and thistles
Instructions
Boil the beans in lightly salted water and pass through a sieve with the cooking water.
Sauté the onion with oil and stir the puree of Fava Beans.
Boil the Thistles and cut them, mix them with streaks broad beans, add the broth, check the salt and season with pepper.

- 500 g of fave grainy
- 1000 g of coasts of clean cardoons
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- Beef broth or bouillon vegetable bouillon
- Salt
- Pepper
