Instructions

Shell the beans; put them in cold water and bring to a boil; season with salt and add the carrots and slices peeled potatoes cut into touch.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Cut the bread into cubes and on a plate from oven, toss with a little olive oil and grill them in the oven.

Mix the soup, add the herbs and pour into individual plates with the bread cubes.
