Instructions

Saute chopped onion in butter, add the mushrooms and bring to boiling.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix mushrooms with milk.

Add the hot broth, blend, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

When the soup begins to boil, pour with rain the oatmeal, stir and serve hot.
