Instructions
Sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 chopped onion and add 200 g of minced chicken meat.
Add salt, pepper and add chopped Chili with 1 clove of garlic.
Add 120 g lentils soak for 3 hours in cold water and drain.
Cover flush with hot water and bring to a boil.
Let simmer fresh focus until the lentils are cooked.
Flavoring with 4 tbsp yoghurt enriched with 1 clove of minced garlic and 1 sprig of parsley.
