Dissolve the salt in water and semolina, stirring often so as not to form lumps.
Sauté for 5 minutes the Mint and garlic in oil.
Combine semolina and continue cooking for another 20 minutes stirring constantly.
When cooked, remove the garlic.
In a bowl beat the eggs, pour little by little the soup, mixing well, and serve.
