Nettle soup
Instructions
With their hands protected by a pair of gloves to remove stinging nettles all leaves and strands which adhere to stems.
Wash, drain well and chop coarsely.
In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and Bacon saucepan and finely chopped garlic.
When they took color add the tomatoes peeled, deprived of the seeds and cut into pieces.
Cook for about 10 minutes, add salt, add the nettles, mix carefully and let them flavor.
Pour the hot broth.
When it comes to a boil add the rice and finish cooking.
Serve immediately with hot soup.
