Polenta soup
Instructions
In a saucepan melt butter in saucepan, heat half and chopped onion.
When is slightly colourful Add flour and stir so they absorb the sauce.
Slowly pour the warm milk stirring and then hot water 50 cl.
Adjust salt and pepper and cook for an hour.
When cooked add the cream, the remaining butter and the grated cheese.
Serve this soup hot.
Accompanying wines: No wine, given the important presence of milk and cream.

- 250 g of yellow flour
- 100 cl of milk
- 80 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 onion
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
