Rice and lentil soup
Instructions
Finely chop the garlic, onion and bacon.
Fry the beat in the oil, then add the drained lentils and let flavour.
Add the tomato paste diluted in 2 ladles of broth and cook for about 45 minutes, adding more broth if necessary.
After the time periods specified, throw rice, bathed with the remaining broth, add salt and pepper and finish cooking, stirring from time to time.
Served hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of lentils soak 12 hours seals
- 200 g of rice
- 60 g of bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 150 cl of broth
- 50 g of cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
