Rice and Leek Soup (2)
Instructions
Clean and cut into slices leeks, white part only.
Sprinkle the pretzels and brown them in butter.
Bring the broth to a boil and add this sauce.
, After a few minutes, the rice and let it cook on the right (slightly underdone).
Serve with plenty of grated Parmesan.
In this soup can substitute leeks with turnips.
