Tripe soup and zucchini
Instructions
Fry the chopped onion in the oil, add the garlic and bathed with water; put the sausage, cut into small pieces, mushrooms found in warm water and courgettes cut into slices, then add salt and pepper.
Finally throw the rice and serve with grated cheese.

- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of olive oil

- 200 g of cooked tripe into strips
