Zucchini soup
Instructions
Diced courgettes cut washed and peeled and carrot and not into the hot oil with the chopped onion.
Season with salt and pepper, add the broth, heat the soup without cooking it.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

- 600 g of zucchini
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Thyme
- 75 cl of meat broth
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
