Instructions

Brown a mince of garlic, basil, parsley and Mint, washed hulled with oil; combine the zucchini, washed, Peel and cut into cubes and add, stirring.

Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into squares, salt and pepper, cover with the broth and cook for 30 minutes.

Serve with croutons.
