Yellow soup
Instructions
Prepare the broth, preferably with meat.
When it is about to boil, prepared in a bowl the egg yolks, bread and Parmesan pesto: mix well and diluted with a little broth.
As soon as the broth boils, pour in the mixture beating well with a fork to prevent formation of clots.
Given to a boil and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 4 tablespoons of pan pesto
- 5 cups of broth
