In a bowl mix the butter until it is soft and fluffy.
Then add the egg yolks one at a time and then the flour.
Add salt and pepper.
Whip egg whites until foamy and add them to the mixture gently.
Bring the broth to a boil and spoons, bake the prepared butter cream.
Served this delicate soup with grated cheese.
