Homemade soup
Instructions
Knead the flour with the egg, 1 tablespoon of grated pecorino cheese, 1 of oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Spread a thin pastry and divide it into 3 parts.
Get about 3 different types of pastina: butterflies, bricks and small maltagliati.
Slice the onion and let it wither with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the broth and bring to a boil.
Pour the 3 types of pastina and cook them.
Serve with grated pecorino cheese.
