Soup with liver
Instructions
We cook the liver steamed, then finely malt tritiamolo.
We boil the rice in vegetable broth and, when cooked, add the liver and put with olive oil, parsley and salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1/2 slice of calf liver
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of rice
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
