Delicate Soup (Minestrina Delicata)
Instructions
Cut meat into small cubes.
Clean, wash and chop all the vegetables.
Brown the meat in a knob of butter, then add the chopped vegetables and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato pulp, 100 cl of water, the nut and cook covered for 20 minutes.
Pour the pastina and cook it.
Serve the soup with grated Parmesan.
