Instructions

Combine all the vegetables cut into pieces except the onion that dorerete in a pan with oil and butter.

When it is browned, pour all the legumes and Brown even latter and cover with hot water, salt and pepper.

Then add the herbs and simmer for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, Cook the pasta and before it's finished baking, remove from the water and add to soup to finish cooking.

Serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
