Minestrone with maltagliati pasta and sausage
Instructions
Discard the frozen soup in 200 cl of boiling water and cook on a moderate heat for about 45 minutes, then season with salt and add the pasta. Brown, without adding seasoning, stripped and crumbled sausage in a pan with the bay leaf. Deglaze with the wine, evaporate, discard the Bay leaves and keep warm. Halfway through the cooking of the pasta then add the sausage and finish cooking.

- 130 g of type egg maltagliati pasta
- 150 g of sausage in metro
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
