Minestrone soup with pasta, thermomix
Instructions
Add the oil and evaporate the onion: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Add vegetables and mince them with for 10 seconds at speed 3.
Combine the water and the nut and cook 15 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Pour the pasta and finish cooking for the time it takes to speed 1.
Tips: If you want you can replace the pasta with the rice and cook for 15 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.

- 500 g of mixed vegetables
- 90 g of olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- 100 cl of water
- 1 tablespoon of thermomix nut
- 250 g of any type pasta
