Instructions

Boil for 10 minutes the pork in salted water, drain and cut them into strips.

Wilt in oil the beat of bacon, onion and parsley, then add the pork and vegetables for minestrone soup.

Season and add 150 cl hot water.

Bake for 45 minutes, then add the rice and cook for 15 minutes.

Combine the chopped, stir and turn off.

Serve with the Parmesan.
