Instructions

Puree bananas with a spoonful of crushed ice and lime juice.

Pour the mixture in a shaker with ice, add Rum and banana liqueur; shake for several seconds and serve in stemmed glasses with two small straws and banana washer.

In addition to the banana, the Daiquiri can be made with other fresh fruit: strawberries or melon or Peach.

You can also prepare directly in your electric mixer, with crushed ice with fruit liqueurs and desired.
