Mixed meat spices
Instructions
Prepare a beat with the onion, celery, carrot, some Sage leaf, a sprig of Rosemary, a bay leaf, a red pepper, a few Marjoram and garlic.
In a large pot, place the olive oil and fry the won.
Add the pork and Brown, then the pieces of veal and finally the duck.
Leave on the heat until the meat will not brown well and then pour the wine, raise the heat, keepn and salted.
Lower the heat, then add the tomatoes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Simmer slowly until completely absorbed the liquid.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of pork loin
- 1/2 duck
- 300 g of veal stew
- 100 cl of red wine
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 carrot
- Some leaves of sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Some leaves of marjoram
- Cinnamon powder
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
