Instructions
Place in oven until meat is not imbrunita, then remove it from the oven.
Add three cups water, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over a moderate heat for an hour and a half.
Separately, in a saucepan, bring tomatoes, chilli, onion, half a cup of water, sesame seeds, garlic, crumbled nut and cumin.
Stir until they are well blended, then add the beef pieces, potatoes and corn.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
When the meat is tender and vegetables are cooked, season to taste with salt and pepper.
