Strawberry mascarpone mound
Instructions
Clean the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and let macerate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Work the mascarpone with a whip to make it soft.
Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and crush its 300 g with a fork, then incorporate them with mascarpone.
Place it in the shape of Mount on a plate of cold and service fit with whole strawberries and their juices.
Serve with the cream.
