Mutton with vegetables
Instructions
Wash and dry 800 g of mutton meat, rub it with salt and pepper and cook in the oven at regular heat.
Wash, Peel and slice 2 carrots, 100 g of cauliflower, 100 g of fresh mushrooms and 100 g of green beans, combine 100 g shelled peas and simmer all in 100 g of lard.
Place the cooked meat in a pan of vegetables stewed and add a tablespoon of tomato paste diluted in three glasses of water.
Add a tablespoon of flour and add salt.
Cook until the sauce coagulates and serve immediately.
