Orange soft
Instructions
In a bowl, work the eggs with sugar, then gradually add the flour, using a few tablespoons of milk until dough is soft but nevertheless supported (non-stringy from the spoon).
Add the yeast, cinnamon and orange zest grated finissimamente.
Butter a bowl, sprinkle with flour, then pour in the mixture and smooth it well.
Place the bowl over a saucepan with boiling water, and cover the whole thing with a casserole of equal diameter and cook at least 1 hour and make sure the water in the saucepan underneath is not exhausted.
Try cooking with a long stick, which skewered in sweet and then withdrawn, should get out of it.
At the end of the cooking time, prepare the sweet orange sauce: in a saucepan, dissolve 50 g of sugar with the juice of two oranges and a tablespoon of rum; at low heat to reduce the liquid to two-thirds.
Churning out sweet, upside down on a plate and sprinkle with the sauce thus prepared.
