Banana brandy
Instructions
Melt the margarine in a pan and slightly soffriggeteci bananas until golden and become semicotte.
Then carefully take them out and put them aside.
Add the remaining margarine, sugar, cardamom, stirring continuously.
When sugar is dissolved, add the juice and orange zest.
Cook for a while until the liquid becomes dense and, only then, put the bananas.
Pour the brandy and, soon, will be served.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 4 ripe bananas sliced lengthways
- 150 g of cardamom cane
- 1 cardamom (shredded)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 1 grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
