This friendly edit of the famous mozzarella in carrozza is uncertain provenance.

We must halve mortadella slices thick stendendoci slightly above the thin slices of mozzarella.
Then it wraps like a roulade and pass the sauce previously prepared; you pass then in breadcrumbs and FRY in hot oil.
This tasty and unusual snack will fit on every occasion, but will be particularly appreciated by children.
