Baby octopus with mushrooms
Instructions
Sauté chopped garlic, Rosemary and Sage with 4 tablespoons oil.
Add the mushrooms and baby squid and seasoning.
Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and a drizzle of cover stock.
Bake for 45 minutes, adding broth if necessary.

- 500 g of cleaned baby squid
- 250 g of clean mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
