Instructions

Pour the yolk of an egg in a shaker and shake with some ice cubes.

Add three-quarters of milk, a quarter of cognac and half a tablespoon of sugar.

Shake again and add the whipped egg white until foamy.

Serve in tall with gotto a pinch of nutmeg.
