Malvasia mousse
Instructions
Mix the eggs with the gelatin until obtaining a cream.
Put on low heat and stir to get a frothy, then add the wine, stirring, to thicken.
Transfer to a large glass bowl and let cool, stirring to prevent it form a film on the surface.
Embed to the egg whites and garnish with fresh grapes.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 6 eggs
- 25 cl of wine
- Malvasia or sweet wine
- Some grains of grapes
- 6 tablespoons of grape jelly
